Everyone loves a party! Hosting a Showcase Event is another great way of getting your business or organization seen at the UMAF. We'll work with you on planning an event specifically designed to showcase your company.

This event will also be included in the official program and be an official event of the UMAF. That means we will promote it through our website,media, print advertising and all of our Social Media Channels like Facebook, Twitter and MySpace.

Official UMAF Parties provide exclusive networking opportunities for artists, venues, sponsors, media and other groups wanting the most exposure at the UMAF.

Official Parties are promoted heavily through the UMAF website, Social Networking Sites like Facebook, Twitter and MySpace along with the Program Guide and Tri-fold Brochures. Bag Inserts

We'll get your promotional materials in the hands of thousands of UMAF registrants. Along with a map and schedule, each and every attendee is given a Promo Bag when they register for the event. Bags include promo material like fliers, stickers, business cards, post cards, pens, CD's, buttons, magnets, koozies, magazines and whatever else you can think of. Great for branding your business!

Registrants Lounge

The registrants lounge, located inside the Hotel Utica is the meeting space and central hub for all artists and registrants. It's also the center for the Utica Tattoo Fest held during the UMAF. Inside the Hotel, the registrants lounge enables companies to interact with thousands of music and art fans. It's also a great place to unwind and relax while enjoying some of our featured artists who perform in the lounge all 3 days of the event.
